Sheer frustration

I bought a bedroom suite from UFO Southgate, it was delivered however when the team came to assemble, it was discovered that the *****s were not included in the box. I reported to the store whilst the team was at my place so that they can confirm that they found the boxes sealed but that there were no *****s in the boxes. Twice I have been sent text messages that they will come and fix the problem and twice no one has showed up. I must always call and find out what happened. I am writing this purely out of frustration and hoping that someone in management will care enough to address this matter. I can't always be taking time off work for your no shows. I am sitting with a bedroom suite that is halfway assembled because of a factory fault
