Sagging matress. Bad quality bad

I bought a bed at UFO in April, June the mattress was sagging. I then laid a complain was told to take photos and video of the mattress even till now I have not received any feedback. The quality of the mattress is really bad and their customer service is bad as it's money that I worked hard for to low get low quality service and matress
