Refund
I made online purchase with UFO in February and was later told that the statue that I bought was not available anymore and they will refund me, spoke to the lady named Angela who deals with online purchases. I have not received my money to date, I will not recommend anyone to do business with UFO online, they are pathetic.....I want my refund!!
