Recliner couches peeling off in less than 2 year..UFO is nothing but a bunch of ******

In November 2018, I bought recliner couches that were on special on black Friday deals and they were going for R29 999 at an Alberton branch, and they had a tag stating that they are 100% leather uppers. It's only been 1 year and couple of months and they are peeling off like they are 20 years old. I'm so disappointed with UFO furnishers as I trusted them and that they sell quality furnisher. I was told that it's 10 year guarantee but where??? I don't trust them at all. They mislead people and sell thrm the opposite if what is advertised. I regret my decision big time
