R50 000 on damage bed

We bought a bed from UFO Bedwortpark R50 000....after a vew months there were cracks in the poles, I reported to Mariska several times and she said that she is still waiting from head office, still no joy from them....I phoned UFO Bedworthpark several times and she said that she will phone me back she was busy with clients. Till today I am still waiting for her call as I am living in Secunda and can not drive up and down to sort this problem out!!!!! Maybe you can help me with this BIG problem as I feel that R50 000 is not pocket money.
