R1000 handling fee charged

I bought Jordan recliners in December 2014 and only learned after i paid that they will be delivered in March 2015.When i complained they said i must exchange and i changed to high-liner and it was the same story.I went in January to cancel and i was told that refund will be done as a cheque. To my surprise my R1000 was deducted as was told that is handling fee.<br> How do they charger me R1000 whereas the fault is on their side because it was them who couldn't deliver.How do you buy a furnisher and get it after 3 months. <br> <br> UFO furnishers is robbing us our hard earned money.I dont think i will ever go to that shop again neither my friends nor my family.
