R 49000.00 Aquiallian Coughes

<p>UFO Centurion the worst experience of my life. I had bought an Aquialian Cough for R 49000.00 a year ago. When delivery was done after a week I notice the zib in the three seater was damaged and reported the incidents. The cough was replaced with what they said was a new cough for the same quality and make. Unbeknown to me the three seater cough that was replaced started to change colour and again I reported the matter and got the shock of my life, their insurance company dont cover for wear and tear even though I was still under gurantee. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had requested that they send me the insurance confirmation of what they expalined to me and to date nothing had been sent. I had explained to them I needed the insurance letter to attach to the complaint that I intend to lodge with the Consumer Commission and that has been ignored. I do not know how to proceeed and what I need to do to get this document they say exists. </p> <p>The relief I will seek from the Consumer Commission is that UFO replace the cough with the same quality as the other coughes that they have delivered in the first place and failling which they will have to refund me the R49000.00 I had paid them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have learnt a lesson to never set my foot at the outlet again.</p>
