Poor sevice and quality

(Purchased 31/01/2012)<br> <br> Bought the 3rd set from UFO,s and every time had to be returned due to some factory fault - the 3rd set yet again has been faulty and they are not willing to take any responsibility for this .<br> <br> We where instructed that we should buy a more expensive set which would last longer - not the case <br> <br> Now we being told that our handling of the fabric was the cause of this products default ... we have only done what we was instructed by there sales people!!<br> <br> I would like assistance with this or a refund on this unit<br> <br>
