Poor service at UFO springfield

<p>Hi im sanele i bought a couch and a plasma stand at UFO SPRINGFIELD ON the 28th of November they told me i will recieve it on the 5th of December until today 19th of December i havent receive it.the manager told me to wait for 12weeks and the sales person by the name of Gugu Nelson **** to me several times about the couch.and the manager has been so rude to me..they even refused to refund me intime</p>
