Poor Service

I purchased a set of dinning room chairs at the Richards Bay UFO furniture shop and paid the full amount, once the item was fully paid for and I was ready to collect , I was told I cannot get the chairs alone and would have to purchase the whole set including the dining room table and cupboard, I told the store manager that I am not interested in all those items and would kindly request to be refunded my money if they are not able to provide with what I have paid for and now it is a cat and mouse game chasing for my money as they cannot deliver what I've paid for , this is absolutely ridiculous service, why wasn't I told from the very beginning that they won't be able to sell the chairs alone , and now that they cannot give me the chairs why make me chase them and beg for my money back . I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service or infact no service I am receiving from UFO Furniture Richards Bay
