Poor service

Bad experience since purchasing my couch, last year November at the Alberton branch. Refuses to refund me yet keeps giving me defective goods. Last straw was yesterday when they brought a old, scratched up couch claiming it was mine! Luckily the piece left with me clearly did not match up. I can't begin to explain how tired I am from dealing with this outlet. Never calls me back! Ounce I left them and it took close to a mouth for the consultant to call me back.
