Poor Service

<p>I purchased a matress & base set, form UFO Furniture Medowdale, in mid January 2017. Upon delivery the reverse side of the base was defective. I enquired with the delivery personal as to what I must do & they said that they did not know. I did not use the base & matress & contacted the store. The store manager advised that we can use thebase & matress & will report this matter to the supplier. He also said that the inspector was on vacation & when the inspector returned he will come thorugh & inspect the base. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are now in mid March (2017) with no feedback on what is going on. When we called the store we got the same answer: "This has been reported to he supplier & they will get back to us. In the interim we may use the bed." We also visited the store on numerous occasions only to find that the store manager was not there. We left messages for him to contact us with feedback however, to date we did not receive any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since lying the complaint UFO Furniture Medowdale has not once contacted us. Contact has only been from our side to ask for feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now using a defective product, which we paid in full for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am disappointed that UFO Furniture does not value their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
