Poor Quality Product

I am Francis. I have wondered if the complaints email works. I have wrote numerous times on the queries emails, no one responds, since May 2019. I bought a Costa rica Sofa at your branch in Sandton. This is just a bad product for the marked price of around R30 000 when l bought it. The sofa is just peeling off. It peels of on its own you actually watch helpless. I went to my nearest UFO branch to complain in Pietermaritzburg and l was told l must repair it to my horror. Why would a shop of your Calibre sell such a poor product. PLEASE do something. I feel ****** by UFO.
