Poor quality of leather couches

I bought leather couches from UFO end of 2019, beautiful colour and they felt very comfortable. I have been using their recommended cleaning products to clean them. Last month, I started noticing some cracks on the couches, now the leather is peeling off. I can't believe I was ********** for such a lot of money. I use to buy cheap couches from cheap stores which would last me almost 10 years but UFO's couches could not even last for two years. I am so disappointed and angry. I now I have to look for new couches because I get embarrassed when people ask me about the low quality produced by UFO. Their service was excellent when I bought the couches but they left me with such poor quality of couches!
