Poor furniture quality, lies told by your sales team

I am writing this with great regret and sheer disappointment.

This is to bring to your kind notice the inferior quality of the furniture supp**** by your reputed showroom UFO Retail Crossing, we purchased a lounge suite as well a a coffee table a couple years back for R25 000+ and was advised by your sales person and store manager that the lounge suite was genuine leather and would last. Only to find out that only some parts of the couch are genuine leather and the other parts are s****s of material put together to give you a false impression of quality.

I, therefore, request you to kindly to repair the lounge suite with quality leather as you guaranteed your customers.
