Poor Customer service (Still waiting for my delivery)

I purchased a bed from N1 City (Cape Town) store and sales lady promised a delivery on Friday. The sales lady called on Friday morning to confirm the delivery times and then I had to rush home to clear up my room and of course get rid of the old bed as I was excited of the new one. After long hours of waiting I called the sales person and she told me they are on the way. I waited for hours when I called her again I couldn’t reach her, I then called the store and they told me the delivery person just got back at the store and they cancelled my delivery. When I ask why this was not communicated with me, the delivery guy told me that’s not for him to answer I must speak to whoever is responsible for the sale. shock of my life.

I am supper angry and inconvenienced. I ask the person who picked up the phone who can I talk to, he said maybe the sales person. I asked the manager and the Manager was nowhere to be found.

I need this bed delivered today before 12:00 or my money so that I can get my bed from another store… very disappointed.
