Poor communication and ************* shop

I bought a vas, red leather coner couch and two sweater couch on the 02 June 2015, and I was told that they don't have the red couch but it would take 6-8 weeks to manufacture them, and I paid a deposit, that was the last time I heard anything from UFO, every time I go to the shop my sales consultant is not there nobody calls me to tell me what is happening , this is really frustrating as I need my couch urgently I have waited for way too long, my sales lady blames a guy by the name of Herman who I went to the shop on the 25th august and we called him and he hung up the phone on me and he was not even apologetic, I would say he was rude.<br> <br> I regret going to Centurion UFO, it's not the first time I get bad service from them. It's been 12 weeks now and nobody is calling to explain to me what is going on I must go to the shop every time I need info, this is poor customer service and I will never ever buy anything from UFO centurion mall the service is horrible.
