Poor After Sales and poor quality

Disappointed abouts the quality of the couch i bought in Feb 2022, a month after I've bought the couch in cash R36000 i experienced structure problems on jt, reported the issue, sent emails with pictures and all required documents even Whatsapp'd The sales man Kamogelo but still i am still waiting with the problematic couch that has a structure problem, o am so disappointed after he bagged me to make the purchase its June now and i am still waiting but the couch is still underwarranty, i am so annoyed i should have went to coricraft instead nxla!!
