Pathetic Service from UFO furniture
I went to UFO in Jan this year and enquired about a stunning dining room suit that I thought would be nice for our dining room. Was told to it will only be available end of FEB and they took my details. When I went back end of FEB this year it was still not available but was assured they will call me once they have stock. They did call two weeks ago to let us know that they have stock available. on the 12 May 2019 I went to the store and I paid for the dining room suit including delivery. The delivery date last yesterday and they did not deliver. My wife went to find out why delivery was not done yesterday and to her shock they told her that the stock is not available and it will be available 1st week of June. They now cant commit to a date. I will wait for the 1st week of June as promised, can assure you this was the last time I buy from this store.

While we do stock locally sourced items, we also import some products and receiving containers from abroad can take some time. I would like to ascertain the specific Dining Room Suite you had wanted to purchase to investigate the delay.
