Overdue refund

I bought a dining room set fro UFO carnival mall in February. On the day of the delivery, I realiased that the table was wrong. I called the branch and they said that they will arrange for a collection and process my refund. They said the process should take a maximum of 14 days. The collection was not done during that 14 days. The 14 days eventually ended. I called the store to follow up and I was told that the driver will come and collect. This has been going on until last Saturday when the collection was done. I the called the store on Monday to query about the actual refund. They told me that my cheque will be ready for collection within 4 days as the paperwork was done. Up until to this day, I'm still waiting for my refund. I hear stories everytime I call.
