Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to commend UFO Furniture on the excellent customer service. I had purchased a product from UFO some time back. I started to encounter issues with it, so I decided to lodge a complaint to vent my dissatisfaction. I lodged the complaint yesterday, I never expected an immediate response as it was a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise, I was contacted immediately by Chynell Klopper (UFO CEM Manager).

Not only did I get an immediate response, but also received immediate resolution to the issue. Chynell contacted me early this morning(as promised) to inform me that an exchange will be done this week already on the item, and that Menlyn branch store manager will contact me, which she already has. Paper work is now being prepared for the exchange. Customer service of this caliber is hard to come by these days.

My faith has completely been restored both with UFO customer service, as well as their products. I will highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service. Thank you again to Chynell and UFO furniture for the great experience.
