Only in for the money

UFO FURNITURE Bedworthpark. Worst experience in my life. I bought a mattress there. After 1 year it started to give problems. When I bought it they said it has a 1year warranty... when I reported the problem it was still under the warranty, but I took them só long to come out to see the problem and accept the exchange that the warranty expired. Now I need to pay them extra before they will exchange the mattress. They delayed the process deliberately so that the warranty can expire and then they don't have to exchange my mattress.
