Not happy with UFO services

I did a laybye of coach and a carpet in Dec in UFO westgate then I was suppose to take my laybye out in March and due to lockdown I was unable to. And in may I called their call center and I was told to pay de balance and they will deliver the couch but the carpet I will get it after lock down when the shop is open. I did pay full balance and they did deliver the couch within 5 days. When the shop open I went there and spoke to the lady called Mapule and she ask the store manager where is the carpet and he said he sold it he will speak to the area manager to hear what must happen now as I need my carpet and I already paid for it. He told me area manager is in sick leave he will be back next week it's been 3 weeks now and no one called me as they promised and I'm still waiting for my carpet.
