No Feedback and urgent assistance provided

Good Day.<br> <br> I puschased white full 100% leather couches at UFO Alberton branch on 2015-06-05 . I was told that they don't have stock and will order it for me . I accepted and waited for the couches. I asked specifically if I can see the couches first before delivery.I was Told a day before delivery I will have to go to Malboro to go and check the couches. It was not the initial agreement . The couches was delivered almost two weeks ago I complained at the UFO Alberton that the couches is CREAM and not white. I was told that they will come and collect it and I must drive to Malboro to go and check for other couches. I ordered white full leather couches and would like my white full leather couches and assistance as no one is getting back to me when I phoned they said he regional manager will come and check if the couches are really cream today 2015-07-09 no one came to my house ,when I phoned the manager picked up and said oh I wont be able To make it today. No one told me that he will not make it today. When I aske him that I need you guys to le me know what is happening he answered sarcasticily we will phone every minute to let you know. I need urgent assistance please.
