No delivery

<p>I have paid for a coach at UFO Centurion mall on the 30th of June 2016 and was told to wait for 12-14 weeks before delivery. The waiting period has passed and I get empty promises. I was told the coach will be delivered before the end of October, we are now in the 17th week, my patience has ran out and I really dont like the way the stuff is handling the situation. Whenever I phone to ask the date they cant give it to me. The last time I was contacted by them I told that the coach will be in Durban a on the 26th of October and that they dont know when it will get to their shop. When I ask for a refund I am told that 10℅ will be deducted from the money which I paid in cash without giving them problems. Now they want to deduct money from me because they fail to deliver</p>
