No communication

I have purchased bed set from UFO online on the 20 March 2023, i have not received any communication regarding the delivery as i have been trying to email them and private message on their facebook page but no response yet. Strangely because once you try adding to cart any item from their website they call instantly to remind you to checkout. i would not recommend this store especially being an online store with poor communication. If the bed cannot be delivered may i at least get my money back?
