I have bought a paris 3/2/1 leather lounge suite in 2015. The lounge suite was treated and protected with forever leather. I paid extra for this service. The certificate that I received , stated that the leather has be protected for life. I noted in Nov 2020 that the 1 seated arm rest are cracking. I phoned UFO and also send an email. I also went to see the manager Michael at UFO Strubensvalley. He promise to keep me inform but it did not happen and also I did not heard from the head office. I also lodge a complaint at the consumer ombudsman and they told me they can not help me. I also noted that the 1 seated is also cracking on the seating. The cost of the lounge suite , leather protection and delivery was R20200-00 in 2015. That is a lot of money for a pensioner.
