Medi spine? I think not!

We bought an ISCHIA MK:II MEDI+SPINE EURO TOP DOUBLE BASE SET from UFO FURNITURE last year October. Not even 6 months in, the bed was sinking in towards the middle. After not getting any joy from UFO we laid a complaint with the consumer protection board. After intervention from the consumer protection board, UFO replaced our bed with the same bed, only difference the replacement had a pillow top. We've had the replacement now for little over 2 months, and here we are with the same issue. We specifically bought the ISCHIA MK:II MEDI+SPINE bed, for better back support. Myself and my partner both had to consult with a chiropractor numerous times, because of issues with this bed.

I'm writing this post as a PSA for people to NEVER buy this bed.

UFO is selling product under false adverti*****t and should be ashamed.
