Many thanks to UFO customer complaint team

Wow I don't know where to start because wow UFO takes their customers serious, last year 2019 August we bought furniture at UFO, when items were delivered I was not happy with my couch it had a problem, I took my complaint to the lady who was assisting, and to Hellopeter, the lady who was assisting me at UFO her name was Yolanda, she made sure the problem was resolved in no time. And I was happy. After almost 11 months their Customer complains investigation team called to check if everything is still fine after the issue I had, wow I couldn't be more happier. I'm very impressed by their service, thank you Chynell Klooper if you guys continue to treat your customers with such courtesy you will have happy customers forever, and they will recommend other customers to your stores with no hesitation. Your efforts are appreciated thank you so much!!!
