I want my money

Bad bad service I made a laybye in this shop when I was trying to cancel layby they told me I will not get my money back ,I had to fight with them ,up until they asked for my id and banking details they told it will take 5/7 working days for them to pay my money back, even now m still waiting for my money they never pay it back, the regional manager told the staff that he will authorize the payment even now I am still waiting for my money,they are ***** I will never ever advice anyone to go laybye anything in that shop,they are ********, they don't know their laybye agreement!!!! As for their floor manager and regional manager they have bad attitude, sticking attitude!!!!! UFO Furniture shop in sanlam center pinetown,I want my money!!!!!!!!!
