I bought the sofas so expensive and now it's peeling off

Good day. I bought sofas from UFO which cost R36 000 and I bought them on safe for R24 999 4 years back. And now it's peeling off. I went to the shop spoke to the manager and he said I should send the pictures of the sofa and I did and he neva got back to me. M very disappointed because for the money that I paid I didn't think it will peel off dis soon
