Horrible Service from UFO Bloemfontein

Bought and paid for a sleeper couch from Bloemfontein that was on promotion and I was promised to come collect it in 7 days. On the 8th day went to the store only to be told that I have to wait for the manufacturer to produce it. The manager promised to phone me the very same day but as usual never bothered to call me. On the 9th day I called this manager and he didn’t even sound compassionate on the phone and told me that he’s waiting for the manufacturer to call him.

In that very same conversation he once again promised to phone me on Monday which will be the 11th day since I paid for the product.

I think all UFO promotions are a **** and some form of deception
