HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a bed at UFO Cresta Mall on 02 July 2022. After two months my bed started sagging I then raised a complaint to the store on 10 October 2022. I was asked about my weight because the bed has a weight limit which is something they should’ve told me prior to purchasing the bed. They asked me to get a ruler and measure the length of the sagging and I was told I will get a new bed in two weeks. When two weeks passed I did a follow up because I didn’t receive the bed, I was told they don’t have stock. The rest of October and November they did not have stock and sometimes they said they can’t get back to me because their systems are off or that the IT guys are busy and I should get my bed in December but they can’t confirm the date. In December I was told to contact them on the second week of January 2023 because their warehouses are closed. I contacted them on 12 January 2023 and the phone ringed with no answer. I even sent a WhatsApp message on the same day and it was read but I received no response. I called them again on the 17 January 2023 with a different number and I was told the manager will get back to me and later in the day I tried to do a follow up and the call rang with no answer. I am still waiting for a bed I was promised to get in October 2022. They always gave me vague answers. They always said they can’t confirm dates on when I’ll get a bed.
