Horrible and Unprofessional Customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a bed online and paid for it to be collected at a store near me. A lady called Angela called to confirm the purchase and told me to get the bed on Monday. Monday around 10am I'm at the store with a hired van only to be told that the bed has not arrived but it's on the way to the store, so to make things easier for me they will deliver it. I waited for the bed the entire week and only getting text messages daily to expect the delivery between 09h00 and 17h00 Daily. Causing a lot of inconvenience because I had to cancel my appointments and wait for them.

It's Sunday now a whole 7 days later and I just got another sms to expect the delivery tomorrow. I guess people don't have jobs in their views we sit and wait for beds as and when they wish to deliver.

I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them ever again.
