********** Service by UFO Furniture

We bought a TV Stand at UFO Furniture at Sandton (10 Eastern Service Road, Eastgate, Sandton) on Sunday the 14 October 2018, on Monday morning my wife noticed that the back part wasn’t attached properly and immediately reported the matter to the salesman who assisted us. His name is Yechi. At first he didn’t understand what was the problem then we sent him pictures. He promised us that they will deliver a replacement on Sunday the 21 October 2018 . We made follow ups on Sunday and we were told that they won’t deliver as promised they will deliver on Monday instead. Today , a replacement was delivered but is it has scratches and it’s not the same as the one we bought.

The service received from UFO Furniture and the salesman has been nothing but **********. We deserve better as customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.
