Happy with UFO Furniture response
I made a complaint on this platform about the UFO store in Woodmead and I am happy to say that they came back to me and apologised and on top of that pampered us with a voucher for R2000.00. This is what we call owning up to mistakes and correcting them at the same time to make a client happy.
