I have not had such great service in ages! I was unhappy with a couch that I purchased 2 months ago and with no questions asked, UFO gladly exchanged it for me with something else. They even called me and sent videos of the couches on the floor so that I didn't need to drive there. The complaint was handled extremely well. I was kept updated and the couch was delivered in less than 2 days. I am truly happy to say that we still have amazing service providers in SA. Keep it up UFO, this is amazing service.
