Happy customer

Every one deserves a second chance. After I was disappointed by UFO in Dec - Jan 2019/20, Chynell called me to rectify the issues I had highlighted but had been resolved already. She sent me an email in March, and this month in July she gave me a CALL again. It was really pleasant talking to her. She is all about doing things right. I was won over, UFO will be seeing me again soon!
