Gugu and Abdool-Great Customer Champs-UFO Fourways

Firstly I wood like to apologize for taking long to write this compliment due to my studies. I visited UFO furniture in Fourways end of February 2021 to buy my mother a bed, she was sold on it and I eventually bought it, we were assisted by Gugu extremely friendly lady. When it arrived the bed was wrong and at home it was too high as she's short and couldn't get on it, I advised Gugu and the shop Abdool to lay the complaint,we almost didn't reach a solution due to the strict covid conditions of not returning goods once bought and after including everyone the bed was eventually changed. The problem was also due high legs and the incorrect bed that was delivered, both Gugu and Abdool ensured that my mother gets the correct bed and switched the legs so she can sleep peacefully on her new bed. A very big and massive thank you to everyone who resolved our request but most importantly to Gugu and Abdool, an extension of gratitude is sent to them.
