Got my money back

On the 21st December 2020, I wrote a review about UFO complaining about the store not delivering 2 phoebe couches I fully paid for. 2 days after I received a call from the manager Amier and my problem was solved, I got my money back. It saddens me that I had to go to this extent for my problem to be solved. Thank you for the efforts and actions taken to solve the problem.
