Frustrated customer

I bought some couches in a green colour but they keep delivering the grey ones for a month now I have not received my order. when I call always to speak to the management,they always promise to deliver the colour I want and the colour I saw in their shop.im given the run around.can someone please help me to speak to the top management and not the store manager because they are not taking my problem seriously
