From disgruntled to HAPPY

I was so disgruntled after buying couches/sofas (two sets) from UFO, they terribly peeled off within two years that I wanted to even torch them because the branch where I bought them was of no assistance. Three years later I have been assisted my problem by UFO Head Office and they even provided advice on how to care for certain types of furniture. Chynell Klopper ensured my dissatisfaction is resolved. She really understand the meaning of customer service. UFO provided more than I hoped for in resolving my problem. I will continue to have them as my preferred furniture shop.
