From Angry to Happy customer!
After my disappointing experience with UFO I got a call from a nice lady called Chynell, she apologized for my experience but what stood out for me is the sincerity in her apology. I must say this is a first for me. Given the service I've received since that experience, I must admit I'm impressed and will be going back to UFO for my purchases.
