<p>I bought sofas from the furniture shop which costs R24 000 and I paid R23 000 for deposit after a week I went to pay the balance and collect them, then I was told that the sofas are not available unless I go to fetch them at malboro while I bought them at carnival mall, then I withdrew the transaction wanted my money back, of which they agreed but they took 10% of the purchase price and delivery (24 000 + 650)@ 10%= R2 460. While no delivery was made and no order was put to the main store. </p>
