Fly by night UFO

It was 2018/11/06 when I bought restonic queen bed at UOF Springfield Durban. December it was running Stitches. I went to the shop, I met one of the staff lady Who told me to write an email. I did so and send it to the shop. I didn’t get to respond until January then I want to the shop again. I was so disappointed and sad. And they told me they submit to the manager but the manager didn’t do anything and is it possible for me to send it again then they will send it to the Factory. Within few days I got a call from the guy saying he is a manager of the factory Asking me to send him pictures of matrass via whatsup. He number +27 66 ********** . Which is did send it then afterwards a guy didn’t respond me anymore. I start to remind him but he been so rude and tell me about term & conditions which I know before I bought iterm. Why he didn’t respond me after I sent him pictures. He been waiting me to keep remind him. When is coming to fix I went to this shop as I trusting they have better quality and warranty. I didn’t know is fly by night shop. How many people getting this challenges. When you coming to buy is so easy they bluff you coz they desperate for money. People mustn’t trust this company UFO is terrible. I will make sure I’m going to spread all via social media and network. Hopefully lots of people will come front.
