Feedback from Restonic Mattresses

I posted a complained about Restonic Mattresses this morning, and have just received a call from Kobus at Restonic. He explained to me how the orders work from their customers, and with it being December/January period, they were flooded with orders, and it was difficult when an order was placed late after a promise was made by the floor salesperson for an early and impossible delivery.<br> Thank you Kobus for taking the time to respond as quickly as you did.<br> Clients must realize there are always two sides to a story, and rather get both sides first.<br> Thanks again Kobus from Restonic and Sue from UFO.<br> Matter is considered as closed.
