Extremely bad service from UFO Bloemfontein

<p>On 10 October 2016 we bought a lounge suit on sale for R20000.00 being assisted by Sales lady Yolandi. UFO promised the suit will be available on 15 November. I called on the week ending 25 November 2016 and Yolandi said there was a delivery the following week and she will call us. I called them on Saturday 10 December because she never called back. She is now promising 15 December after saying she checked with the Supplier. We are just being taken for a ride, which manufacturer of furniture will work through out Christmas so that by the 15th January the lounge suit is ready for delivery.</p> <p>The number of complaints about UFO in totally on this site is proof enough that that service a appalling.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
