Excellent service received at the Festival Mall branch

Delayed post but a few months ago I placed an order for couches at UFO Kempton Park for 4 months for my mom. due to finances I could only finish it off in the month of may. On the day that I was ready to settle the outstanding amount I called the festival mall branch and told then I'd be coming to pay. I went to pay and this was also the birthdate of my mother so it woulf have been the best suprise for her on her special day . Ernest and the team really went out of their way to deliver the furniture only a few hours later and even before my mom arrived back from work. Thank you buti Ernest and the team for coming through for me, the service received from the point of placing the order to receiving the couches was just amazing, thank you.
