Excellent service from UFO Furniture, North Cape Mall

On a Sunday morning whim, our family browsed at the UFO store at North Cape Mall, looking for a new lounge suite. We weren’t that serious about buying one immediately. We were met at the door by a friendly salesman (the name on the receipt is Samuel Mana) who allowed us to browse and answered all questions knowledgeably. We were pleasantly surprised to find a 2pc corner unit on the floor that was immediately available. The young gents in the shop assisted with the inspection, wrapped the suite there and then ... and had it delivered to our home within a few hours of purchase. The delivery crew were efficient, friendly and helpful. They unpacked the suite, put it together, arranged the cushions and cleared away all of the packaging materials. All of this on a Sunday! We are so impressed with the service rendered at this branch of UFO Furniture. It’s the first time we have ever been into a branch and the first time we have ever purchased anything from them. Kudos to the Kimberley team at North Cape Mall.
