Bought a slightly expensive bedroom suite at the Westgate branch collected it from store the suite incured physical damage the same day and the following day went to the store for help as the item still has warranty and when i got there the assistant didnt seem to know what process to follow and dude incharge for such in the store was not available he then instead (the assistant) opted to make a call to their Branch in fourways and a minute later i was told that there was nothing they could do to help ,so the price in which you buy the goods for doesnt matter to these stores anymore i'll never buy from them period!!! If this is how they react a day later forget about 3 days...
